From the moment I stepped foot inside Hayes Street Fitness, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by Cody, the owner. His genuine passion for health and fitness is evident, and it reflects in every aspect of the gym. He takes the time to get to know each member personally, understanding their fitness goals and tailoring workout plans to suit individual needs. "LOVE this gym!! All of the coaches work hard to ensure you are receiving helpful feedback while pushing yourself each and every session. The classes offer a lot of variety for people who aren’t used to coming up with their own workout plans or who need to try something new! One of my favorite things is how well everyone can adapt the group workouts/exercises so that people of any fitness level can get a good sweat in. I would recommend this gym a million times over!"
"Hayes Street Fitness is definitely a 5 star gym. Honestly it’s been years since I have worked out. I get discouraged pretty easily. I’m the one that doesn’t know what exactly to do when I go to a gym to exercise. This gym has definitely been motivational since day one. Even the times that I may slack, the coaches reach out and have even done wellness checks when I hurt my foot. They help with work out routines, schedules, and even nutrition. This gym is very patient, understanding and flexible to your needs but also your health. The gym is very clean and has a variety of different work out equipment/ machines. I was overwhelmed with how excepting and welcoming they were when I first showed up and told them my story with how I had gotten overweight. I can definitely say I found my long term gym and I’m super excited to see my progress in the next couple of months!"
