"I have been looking for a good independent pharmacy since I moved to Nashville, and I couldn’t be happier that a friend finally pointed me in Riverside Village’s direction!! I immediately switched and have had great service, but this month my insurance wanted to stop covering my mood stabilizer that I have depended on for over six years that is over two thousand dollars a month. Well, since I had no forewarning my insurance was going to do this (I have sent in *multiple* prior authorizations this year for this medication), I was going to have to go without my medication until two very kind pharmacists at Riverside took the time to find a coupon card online so that I could get my meds for ZERO dollars!!! It brings tears to my eyes, especially as someone who has faced mental illness and the stigma it comes with despite doing everything my doctors have directed me to do to responsibly manage my condition.
