Southern Roofing and Renovations

"I had Southern Roofing replace my residential roof. They also removed my old turtle vents and power vents and upgraded everything to ridge vents. Brendan O'Neil was the project manager for my project. I have had many contractors work on my house through the years and Brendon was far and above the best Project Manager I have had the pleasure to work with. He made sure the team showed up on site on time and was onsite for most of the work. He kept me informed of progress...communication was excellent. When I brought up some issues, he quickly resolved them to my satisfaction. The company is easy to work with - they handled all the details with my insurance company....really smooth process. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any roofing projects you may have."

"I highly recommend Ben Vaughn and Lance Mann from this roofing company. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. They not only handled the insurance claim efficiently, securing the maximum amount, but also paid meticulous attention to detail. They went the extra mile by repainting the turbine vents to match the roof color, ensuring a seamless look. Moreover, their expertise ensured the skylight was properly secured, enhancing both safety and aesthetics. With Ben and Lance on the job, you can trust that your roofing needs will be met with exceptional skill and professionalism."

"SR&R replaced our roof summer of 2019. A few weeks ago, from this review date, we had a gust of wind from a storm front that took 5 shingles off our ridgeline vent area at the very top of essentially a 3-story home from ground level. Edwin and his co-worker (sorry forgot name; really nice though) came out for initial assessment advising they escalate and get someone out with a drone to make sure further damage didn't occur. Mike came out and looked at it with his drone and determined it was just the shingles that came off and no further damage. And though we were out of warranty, Mike replaced it without cost. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Mike and the team in not only coming out to inspect but replace the shingles simply to take care of our home and need. It goes without saying that Southern Roofing & Renovations is an absolutely stand-up company with a phenomenal team of employees engaged and empowered to make the right decisions. As long as SR&R is around, they will continue to be referred by me to everyone I know. Sorry I don't have photos of the repair...I'm not getting up there! 🙂"
