The Roll Academy by Rolled 4 Ever Ice Cream

"Such a fun and unique hands on experience for our family. It’s about a half an hour long and $35 per person- you can also do group rates as well. You get a brief history on the origin of Thai rolled ice cream and then you get to practice with a cookies n cream recipe and you can sample that one first. Then you get to make your flavor of your choice: vanilla based, dairy free vanilla base or chocolate base. You also get to choose up to two mix in choices (Oreos, pecans, Reese’s cups, biscoff, etc). Our instructor, Shayla, was wonderful and very personable - thank you! She was very kind and was willing to take videos and pictures of us while we made our ice cream. You get to take home your apron that is beautifully embroidered and you also get to go home with your custom-made ice cream. There are unlimited toppings for when your masterpiece is complete. Roll and enjoy!"

"I booked the Bride Tribe experience with my besties and we had the time of our lives. The instructor was encouraging and was such a vibe! We learned about the history and art of making rolled Icecream, and then we learned to make our own (even blind folded once hahah). I felt so celebrated as the bride and they even gave us a lil champagne toast after! The Roll Academy is a breath of fresh air in Nashville— it was a sweet experience with my girls and we laughed and smiled the whole time! 10/10 recommend!"
